Drawing inspiration from the Arbutus Greenway and local biking network, amenities have been prioritized to include gathering spaces, bike share, storage and repairs, a communal garden and dog-friendly area, and retail space for local businesses. The architectural design focuses on activating the ground plane by utilizing landscaping and street furniture to promote community congregation. Additionally, the building offers a variety of home types suitable for all families, with highly functional floor plans that maximize natural light and provide access to outdoor spaces that extend living space, access to nature, views, and fresh air.
